David Stine for NBKC: The Bank Job

We call it the Bank Job. For NBKC Bank’s HQ in Kansas City, we worked with bank president Brian Unruh and his design team to craft furniture that fit their usage, their space, and their style. Having just undergone a major renovation to become a LEED-certified building, they wanted furniture that matched their sustainable ethos. We crafted over 100 pieces — conference tables, desks, communal tables, benches, coffee tables, side tables, counters, and more.

Everything was handcrafted with sustainably harvested American black walnut. Take a look:
